Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 4 carrots
- 160 g sugar
- 120 g butter
- 160 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
- 80 g hazelnuts or almonds
- some chocolate coating for glazing

Carrot cakes – ideal for children
First, melt the butter in a small saucepan and finely grate the carrots. Spread the grated carrots on a paper towel for about 10 minutes so the towel absorbs the moisture from the carrots. Combine the eggs, butter, and sugar in a bowl and mix. Add the flour, baking powder, hazelnuts, and the carrots. Pour the batter into the muffin tins. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 25 minutes. Once cooled, warm the chocolate coating and decorate the muffins with it. This batter makes 12 muffins.
