Parsley potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 2 bunches of parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 400 g ham, diced
  • 1 ½ kg potatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Boil the potatoes. Make a roux from the butter and flour and deglaze with milk. Season with salt and pepper and add parsley. Serve with potatoes and ham.
