Party Bread Blossom from Party Bread Mold
The perfect party bread blossom from party bread mold recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Wheat flour for heavy doughs type 550
- 200 ml Lukewarm water
- 0,5 packet Dry yeast
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0,5 tsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Flour for the baking board
- Sieve wheat flour. Mix lukewarm water with sugar and the yeast well. Make a well in the flour and pour the yeast mixture into it. Mix with the electric mixer with dough hook and add the salt and oil at the same time. Knead until the dough separates from the bowl and forms a lump. Then let rise in a warm place for about 20 minutes.
- Grease the tubular flower baking pan well and sprinkle with flour (alternatively grains or sesame seeds). Place a lid on the end of the tube. Pour in the batter. For me the mold was about half full. It rises a lot while baking and then almost fills the tube. Put the 2nd lid on and then place it upright on the floor of the cold oven. Set the temperature to 250 degrees circulating air and bake for about 25 minutes. Then take out the mold and take the bread out of the mold. Then bake again without a pan for about 10-15 minutes. This will make the crust very nice and golden brown. At 250 degrees
