Mustard with licorice

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 sweets (licorice snails), approx. 30 g
  • 60 g mustard flour, dark
  • 100 ml balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp raw sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 5 days; Total time approx. 5 days 10 minutes

Finely chop the licorice twists and then dissolve them in the vinegar. Let them stand overnight, ideally. Mix all ingredients together and let them rest for 5 days. Then pour into clean jars. Tip: Perfect as a marinade for BBQ or with strong cheeses.
