Ingredients
- 250 g Wild rice mix
- 1 pack Fresh paprika mix, colorful
- 3 packets Poultry cold cuts
- 1 shrub Fresh celery
- 200 g Mushrooms brown
- 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1,5 tsp Salt
- 3 pinch Lovage spice
- 2 pinch Ground white pepper
- 1 tsp Herbal spice mixture
- 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 300 g Yogurt
Instructions
Preparation:
- Cook the wild rice mixture according to the instructions on the package. After cooking, rinse with cold water and set aside.
- Clean and wash the pepper mix and cut into small pieces.
- Grate the mushrooms and cut into slices or pieces.
- Rinse the celery stalks and also cut them into pieces.
- Cut the poultry slices first into strips, then into pieces.
Preparation:
- Put the wild rice mixture in a large bowl and carefully mix the other prepared ingredients into the rice. Finally fold the vegetable stock powder into the rice salad.
- Season to taste with the spices and yoghurt. Then let it steep for 60 minutes.
