Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Wild rice mix
  • 1 pack Fresh paprika mix, colorful
  • 3 packets Poultry cold cuts
  • 1 shrub Fresh celery
  • 200 g Mushrooms brown
  • 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1,5 tsp Salt
  • 3 pinch Lovage spice
  • 2 pinch Ground white pepper
  • 1 tsp Herbal spice mixture
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 300 g Yogurt

Instructions
 

Preparation:

  • Cook the wild rice mixture according to the instructions on the package. After cooking, rinse with cold water and set aside.
  • Clean and wash the pepper mix and cut into small pieces.
  • Grate the mushrooms and cut into slices or pieces.
  • Rinse the celery stalks and also cut them into pieces.
  • Cut the poultry slices first into strips, then into pieces.

Preparation:

  • Put the wild rice mixture in a large bowl and carefully mix the other prepared ingredients into the rice. Finally fold the vegetable stock powder into the rice salad.
  • Season to taste with the spices and yoghurt. Then let it steep for 60 minutes.
