Ingredients
- 300 g Whole wheat flour
- 200 g Spelt flour
- 1 packet Dry yeast
- 0,5 packet Sourdough extract e.g. from Alnatura
- 1 tsp Honey
- 3 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Black cumin
- 350 ml Warm water
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and knead into a dough. Possibly Add some more flour. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees!
- Knead again on a floured worktop and form sausages in the desired size and simply knot once. Then put it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper!
- Brush with a little water and sprinkle with a little black cumin and flour! Place a bowl of cold water in the bottom of the oven. Then the buns rise nicer!
- approx. Bake for 20-30 minutes!
