Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 passion fruits
- 80 ml raspberry syrup
- 400 ml orange juice
- 75 ml cream
- Crushed ice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Halve the passion fruit and scrape out the pulp with a teaspoon. Combine the passion fruit pulp with half of the raspberry syrup, the orange juice, and the cream in a shaker and shake vigorously. Fill two cocktail glasses with crushed ice, if desired, and divide the shake between the glasses. Add the remaining half of the raspberry syrup.
