Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g pasta
  • some milk
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 small garlic clove(s)
  • some white wine
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Sugar
  • broth
  • some ham
  • oil
  • 2 packs of cream cheese spread

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, dice the onion and slice the ham. Mix the egg yolk with the milk and season with salt. Sauté the onion in a little oil, then add the garlic and deglaze with a dash of white wine. Stir in the egg and milk mixture and the broth. Then dissolve the cheese wedges in the mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and a little sugar. Stir the cooked pasta into the sauce. Fry the ham strips in a pan with oil until crispy and serve with the pasta. A very simple recipe that can be varied to suit your taste.
