Pasta and chard casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • 500 g chard, any color
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 3 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 50 g processed cheese
  • some pepper
  • some salt
  • some nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Cook the pasta and chard together until al dente. Sauté the onion and bacon. Combine the sour cream, milk, and processed cheese, and season with pepper, salt, and nutmeg. Then mix all the ingredients, pour them into a casserole dish, and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Tip: You can also sprinkle some grated cheese on top.
