Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spirals)
  • 250 g ham
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 200 ml cream
  • 500 ml water
  • 300 ml milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth, granulated
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

without pre-cooking the pasta

Place the uncooked pasta in a baking dish. Cut the ham into strips and arrange them on top. Bring the cream, milk, water, herbs, and spices to a boil, then thicken with the cornstarch. Remove the pan from the heat, let it cool slightly, and stir in the egg. Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes. Tip: You can also use sausage, salami, or leftover cold cuts instead of ham.
