Pasta and leek casserole

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 1 stalk(s) leek, finely chopped, washed
  • 150 g meat sausage (poultry)
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 ml milk, 1.5% fat
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • some butter, in flakes
  • 2 pinches of nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • some vegetable broth (powder)
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions and drain. Lightly sauté the leek in a pan with the oil. Dice the sausage. Fold the pasta and sausage into the leek. Transfer everything to a baking dish. Whisk the milk with the eggs and season with spices. Pour over the pasta and leek mixture and mix briefly. Stir in half of the grated cheese. Spread the remaining cheese on top, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and top with the butter flakes. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes.
