Pasta and minced meat with a twist

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed, or minced beef
  • 1 cube of instant stock
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • n. B. water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

everything from one pot

Brown the minced meat in a large pot until crumbly. Add the onion and cook until translucent. Season with salt, pepper, and mustard. Add 250 ml of water. Dissolve the stock cube in it and bring to a boil. Add the pasta. Reduce the heat to very low. Cover and let simmer for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. When all the stock is gone and the pasta is cooked (add more water if necessary), stir in a cup of sour cream. Finally, fold in the chopped parsley.
