Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g spiral pasta (corkscrew pasta)
  • 200 g vine tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the instructions, drain, and transfer to a bowl. Wash and chop the tomatoes, and add them to the bowl. Combine the oil and juice, stir into the pasta and tomatoes, and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Store the salad in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
