Pasta and zucchini pan

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 g pasta
  • 400 g zucchini
  • 100 g smoked pork or Vienna sausage
  • 100 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Bring the vegetable broth to a boil. Slice the zucchini, add it to the broth with the raw pasta, and cook for 8-10 minutes. Dice the smoked pork or slice the Vienna sausages and add them, then add the cheese and cook for about 5 more minutes.
