Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 200 g margarine, vegan
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tbsp soy flour + 2 tbsp water or egg substitute powder according to instructions
- Jam, red vegan, to taste
- e.g. vanilla flavor or vanilla sugar, but then less sugar
- powdered sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 12 minutes
without egg, milk or other animal products
Knead all ingredients, except the jam, together thoroughly and refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut out shapes as desired. I chose a star shape. I also cut a hole in half of the stars so the jam is visible. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for about 12 minutes. Then dust the “tops” with powdered sugar and spread the jam on the “bottoms.” Glue the two together.
