Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • 200 g cheese (Emmental)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente (it will continue to cook during baking). Whisk together the eggs, milk, and seasonings. Grate the cheese. Now add the pasta to the greased casserole dish and pour the egg wash over it. Finally, sprinkle the grated cheese over the casserole. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 45 minutes.
