Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 6 large egg yolks
- 150 g sugar, very fine
- 1 half vanilla pod(s)
- 150 g condensed milk, sweetened
- ¼ liter brandy
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 20 minutes
with sweet condensed milk
Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until frothy. Scrape out the vanilla pod and add the seeds to the egg foam (alternatively, you can also use vanilla sugar from a packet). Then stir in the sweetened condensed milk and brandy. Pour the liqueur into a boiled (sterilized) bottle and let it rest for a while in a moderately warm place (cellar or refrigerator). Shake the bottle occasionally if necessary.
