Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 pack of pasta
- 250 g ham, cooked
- n. B. Cheese, grated and sliced
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp fat
- Salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
- ¼ liter of milk
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain well. Meanwhile, finely chop the cooked ham and grease the casserole dish. Layer half of the cooked pasta, the cooked ham, grated cheese (if desired), and finally the rest of the pasta. Mix the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg well in a small bowl and pour over the casserole. Finally, top with cheese slices, if desired. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 60 minutes.
