Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g pasta, wide
- 4 eggs
- 200 g ham, cooked, finely chopped
- 200 g sour cream
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- Butter, cut into small flakes
- salt and pepper if needed
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Boil the pasta in salted water and drain. Combine the eggs and sour cream in a large bowl, then add the ham and then the pasta. If desired, add a little salt and pepper. Then transfer the entire mixture to a buttered casserole dish (use a shallow one for a large, crispy crust). Sprinkle the breadcrumbs and dot with small knobs of butter. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes.
