Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of ham
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 2 m.-large carrot(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 handfuls of peas
  • g pasta, e.g. fusilli, penne or similar.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 50 ml milk
  • 1 garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Cheese, grated

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

takes a little longer – but it’s worth it!

Chop the first five ingredients into small pieces and place them in a baking dish. Then toss in the uncooked pasta. Combine the sauce ingredients, season with spices, and pour over the pasta casserole. Sprinkle with grated cheese, cover with aluminum foil, and place in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F). The casserole will be ready after two hours; the pasta will be cooked through. Pre-cooking the pasta will, of course, speed things up.
