Quick Savoy Cabbage Pasta

The perfect quick savoy cabbage pasta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 150 g Savoy cabbage leaves
  • 125 g Smoked bacon
  • 2 Shallots
  • 200 ml White wine dry
  • 200 ml Cream
  • 100 g Freshly grated Parmesan
  • 100 g Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 100 g Telly cherry pepper
  • 100 g Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 300 g Pasta
  • Parmesan cheese
  1. Clean the sausage, cut into strips, wash and spin dry. Cut the bacon into fine cubes.
  2. Cook the pasta of your choice in salted water until al dente.
  3. Heat a pan and roast the bacon cubes in it. In the meantime, peel and dice shallots and add to the bacon. Then add the savoy cabbage, fry briefly and deglaze with white wine, then add the cream and thicken with Parmesan.
  4. Season with nutmeg, pepper and seasoned salt. Fold in pasta of your choice, divide on two plates, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve!
