Pasta bake with spinach

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g tagliatelle
  • 400 g Thuringian Mett
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g creamed spinach, frozen
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 200 g cooking cream
  • n. B. Cheese for topping
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cook the pasta and set aside. Sauté the onions in olive oil and add the spinach. When the spinach is completely thawed, add the cream cheese and 1/2 cup of cream. Stir until the cream cheese is fully incorporated into the mixture. Season to taste. Mix the spinach mixture well with the pasta and spread in a casserole dish. Brown the minced meat in a pan and bring to a boil briefly with the remaining cream. Pour the minced meat and cream over the pasta and sprinkle with cheese, if desired. Bake the casserole for 25-30 minutes in a hot oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat).
