Pasta bake with tuna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 450 g tuna (can in its own juice)
  • 400 g pasta (short macaroni)
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 200 ml vegetable broth, instant
  • 200 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 80 g Parmesan
  • 80 g breadcrumbs
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the macaroni in salted water until al dente. Halve and slice the zucchini and onion. Quarter and deseed the tomatoes. Cover and sauté the vegetables in the broth for 3 minutes. Stir in the quark, sour cream, egg, and tuna, and season to taste. Fold in the pasta and transfer to a baking dish. Mix the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs and sprinkle over the pasta. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Tip: Serve with a green salad.
