Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta of your choice (preferably tubular pasta)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 can peas (400g)
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 300 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan cheese (heaped)
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • Parmesan
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cook the pasta al dente. Dice the ham and onion and sauté both in a pan with oil. Then add the vegetable stock, milk, tomato paste, and Parmesan cheese and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Transfer the pasta to a greased baking dish, spread the sauce evenly, and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 15-20 minutes.
