Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g pasta (hörnli, pipe, farfalle, pennette, mussel pasta)
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 150 g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion(s), diced
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 dl milk
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 tsp mixed herbs, Italian
- 1 ball of mozzarella
Instructions

juicy casserole with tomatoes and mushrooms
Cook the pasta until al dente and place it in a baking dish. Stir in the diced tomatoes, sliced mushrooms, and diced onion. Whisk the cream, milk, egg, garlic, and herbs well and pour over the pasta. Dice or tear the mozzarella and arrange it over the casserole. Place the dish in the lower third of a cold oven and bake at 190°C for about 30-40 minutes. Serve with leaf salad.
