Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g beetroot
- 3 clove(s) garlic, chopped
- 2 medium-sized onions, diced
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 1 tsp, leveled pepper
- 1 tsp, levelled sugar
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 gherkins
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Cut the beets into cubes or strips. Halve the cucumbers lengthwise, then slice them, and place everything in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix. Then let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour.
