Pasta Garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (e.g. spaghetti)
  • salt water
  • 1 cup of cream or Cremefine
  • 200 g ham of your choice or
  • Garlic sausage, Turkish (Sucuk)
  • 200 g pepper, pickled with garlic
  • lots of garlic, amount to taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the ham and pepperoni into small pieces. Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. In a sufficiently large, non-stick pot, fry the ham, pepperoni, and garlic slightly (not too much, or the garlic will become bitter). Fold in the drained pasta. Add the cream (or Cremefine) and fold in. Heat gently again – do not boil. Season with salt. The dish tastes best when it’s well-simmered!
