Pasta: Gratinated Tortellini
The perfect pasta: gratinated tortellini recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 400 g Tortellini from the counter, filling to your own taste
- 1 Egg
- 1 a cup Cream 30% fat
- 100 g Cream cheese with herbs double cream setting
- 3 Toes Garlic fresh
- Cheese (different types), amount according to your own appetite
- Cooked ham, amount according to your own appetite
- 1 small Zucchini
- Salt and pepper
- Basil, some leaves
- This meal is really prepared in 10 minutes. Then needs about 20 minutes in the oven.
- Cook the tortellini according to the instructions, this takes about 2 minutes.
- Chop the zucchini and garlic, cut the ham and cheese into thin slices
- Whisk the cream, garlic, salt, pepper, cream cheese and egg well
- Drain the pasta and place in a baking dish, add the zucchini, cheese and ham and fill up with the whisked egg cream. Put some cheese on top and then bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Sprinkle with finely plucked basil leaves. That’s it.
