Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and pine nuts, mixed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Maggi
  • possibly olives
  • possibly mozzarella

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Iceberg lettuce with tomatoes, cucumber and seeds

Wash and chop the lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber, and mix with the seeds. Add the oil, vinegar, and Maggi. Use more or less oil, vinegar, and Maggi to taste. Stir everything together. Add olives and/or mozzarella, if desired.
