Pasta in cheese and cream sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta, of your choice
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 2 small cans of green peas
  • 100 g cream cheese spread
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1 shot of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and drain. Meanwhile, dice the cooked ham and drain the peas. Now add the cooked pasta to a large pot and heat gently. Add the ham, peas, processed cheese, and cream. Stir to prevent the pasta from burning. This process takes as long as it takes for the cheese to melt. If the sauce becomes too thick, add a little more milk. Season to taste with spices or herbs. The taste also depends somewhat on the processed cheese you use. But you can always try it yourself. I’ve also topped it with mushrooms and onions – it tasted great too.
