Pasta in Fishy Tomato Sauce

The perfect pasta in fishy tomato sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 600 g Fish fillet white
  • 1 Fresh onion
  • 2 Clove of garlic
  • 2 Cans Peeled tomatoes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Omega-3 oil
  • 300 g Tagliatelle
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  1. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Wash and chop the parsley.
  1. Heat the olive oil in a larger saucepan. Add the onion and garlic and sauté briefly.
  1. In the meantime, season the fish fillet with salt and pepper and then add to the onions and garlic. Sear it briefly. Take the fish out of the pot and set it aside for a moment. Put the tomatoes with the juice in the saucepan and briefly chop up with the magic wand (hand blender). Add the fish again and simmer gently for approx. 20-25 minutes.
  1. Bring a large saucepan with water, a little salt and the omega-3 oil (of course, any other tasteless oil is also possible – I only use it because it is very healthy) to boil.
  1. Put the noodles in the salted water and cook for about 8-10 minutes. Then drain the pasta and briefly rinse under cold water.
  1. Chop the fish in the pot and season the sauce again. If necessary, salt and / or pepper again (depending on your taste).
  1. First arrange the pasta on the plate and then spread the sauce over it. Then sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  1. BON APPETITE!
