Pasta in ham and cream sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 200 g cheese, grated medium-aged Gouda
  • 100 g ham, cooked, cut into strips
  • curry powder
  • possibly salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and drain in a colander. Heat the cream in a saucepan while stirring, add the Gouda cheese and let it dissolve in the cream. Cut the ham into thin strips and add it to the cream and cheese mixture. Season to taste with curry powder and add a little more salt if desired. Serve with the pasta.
