Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g spaghetti
- 200 g cooked ham
- 200 g cream cheese spread
- 1 cup of cream
- salt and pepper
- basil
- 1 small onion(s)
- some margarine
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Dice the onion and ham and sauté them in a little margarine. Then add the cup of cream and dissolve the cheese in it. Season the sauce with salt and pepper, pour it over the spaghetti, and garnish with a few basil leaves.
