Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 500 g mushrooms, sliced
- 200 g cream
- 1 tbsp soy sauce, maybe a little more
- 300 g pasta
- salt water
- possibly salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente. Heat the oil in a large pan and sauté the mushrooms for about 15 minutes, until the liquid has evaporated and the mushrooms are browned. Pour in the cream and soy sauce and simmer for 3 minutes. Toss the noodles in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Note: I would use only 200g of noodles instead of 300g, as I find 300g is too much for the amount of sauce.
