Pasta in wild garlic and cream cheese sauce

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g pasta
  • 5 spring onions
  • 400 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 80 g wild garlic
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly peperoncini, dried, ground
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and tasty

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. In the meantime, trim the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Halve and quarter the cherry tomatoes. Wash the wild garlic and slice them into thin strips. Heat a little oil in a pan and sauté the spring onions. Add the cherry tomatoes and wild garlic and simmer briefly. Stir in the cream cheese and crème fraîche and heat gently. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and chili flakes, if desired. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce.
