Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta, cooked
- salami
- 4 eggs
- 1 bell pepper(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Fry the pasta, salami, and peppers (cut the salami and peppers into small cubes) together. Beat and season the eggs, pour them over the mixture, and let them rise briefly (until the eggs are cooked). This also works well with cooked ham or other vegetables, whatever you have in the fridge.
