Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • ½ jar celery, cut into strips
  • ½ stalk(s) leek
  • 1 apple
  • 4 tbsp corn
  • 3 slices of pineapple (sugar-free)
  • 1 slice(s) ham, cooked, without fat
  • 1 egg(s), boiled
  • 125 g low-fat yogurt
  • 4 tsp mayonnaise, 20%
  • 2 tbsp lemon(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Chop the vegetables, fruit, ham, and egg into small pieces. Layer them in a bowl. Season the sauce with yogurt, mayo, lemon, and spices like salt and pepper, or sweetener if desired, and pour it over the salad. For all WW fans: 6 points
