The perfect pasta pan with salmon and leek recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Corkscrew pasta
  • 400 g Salmon
  • 2 Poles Leek
  • 300 ml Cream
  • 1 packet Mixed herbs frozen
  • 100 ml Water
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt pepper
  • Oil
  • Flour
  1. Cook the noodles in salted water until they are firm to the bite, put aside in a bowl and add some butter to prevent them from sticking together.
  2. Clean the leek and cut into rings. Rinse the salmon, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and cut into cubes. Turn the salmon cubes in flour and fry in a little oil in the pan, set aside.
  3. Put a little oil in a pan, add the leeks, sweat and season with a little garlic. Deglaze with water and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the cream and the frozen herbs, simmer a little then add the salmon and noodles, mix everything well and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Let cook for another 10 minutes. A salad goes well with it
