Pasta Pan with Salmon and Leek

- 500 g Corkscrew pasta
- 400 g Salmon
- 2 Poles Leek
- 300 ml Cream
- 1 packet Mixed herbs frozen
- 100 ml Water
- Garlic powder
- Salt pepper
- Oil
- Flour
- Cook the noodles in salted water until they are firm to the bite, put aside in a bowl and add some butter to prevent them from sticking together.
- Clean the leek and cut into rings. Rinse the salmon, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and cut into cubes. Turn the salmon cubes in flour and fry in a little oil in the pan, set aside.
- Put a little oil in a pan, add the leeks, sweat and season with a little garlic. Deglaze with water and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cream and the frozen herbs, simmer a little then add the salmon and noodles, mix everything well and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Let cook for another 10 minutes. A salad goes well with it
