Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 package of tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • Garlic
  • oregano
  • e.g. salami, ham, spinach leaves, tuna, for topping
  • Cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta and spread it evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Combine the tomatoes, cream, egg, and seasonings. Spoon some of the sauce over the pasta and top with your favorite toppings. Spread the remaining sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 180°C (convection oven) for about 15-20 minutes.
