  • 1 avocado(s), preferably ripe
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ piece(s) lemon(s)
  • e.g. cayenne pepper
  • n. B. Salt

Super quick and super delicious spread

Halve the avocado lengthwise, twisting the halves around the pit. Scoop out the flesh with a teaspoon and place it on a large, flat plate. Add the olive oil, crushed garlic cloves, the juice of half a lemon, cayenne pepper, and salt. Gently mash the avocado with a sturdy fork and mix all ingredients well. Arrange in a small bowl and serve as a delicious spread on whole-grain bread or rolls.
