Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g zucchini
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp wine vinegar or sherry vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp mustard
- cress
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the zucchini, trim the ends, and coarsely grate. Peel the garlic and grate it. Mix olive oil with wine or sherry vinegar, salt, pepper, and mustard and pour over the zucchini. Let it sit for a moment. Garnish with cress.
