Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g pasta
- 1 jar mayonnaise (500 ml)
- 1 can tangerine(s) (drained weight 240 g)
- 200 g meat sausage (poultry sausage)
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, then rinse thoroughly with cold water. Drain. Finely dice the sausage. Place the mayonnaise in a bowl. Drain the mandarins, reserving the juice. Stir 60g of the juice into the mayonnaise. Fold in the mandarins and sausage. Finally, stir in the pasta until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
