Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (e.g. spiral pasta)
  • 1 jar Miracel Whip Balance, large
  • 1 pack of condensed milk, 4%
  • 1 can of vegetables (Mexican mix)
  • 3 pinches of cayenne pepper
  • 3 pinches of curry
  • 1 pinch(s) turmeric
  • 4 dashes sweetener, liquid

Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

My mother’s recipe

Cook the pasta until al dente and let cool slightly. In a large enough bowl, combine all the Miracle Whip with enough canned milk to create a creamy sauce. Season the sauce with cayenne pepper, curry, turmeric, and sweetener (approximate amounts above), then stir in the drained Mexican mix. Now add the pasta and mix everything together. Let the salad sit in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Stir thoroughly and season to taste before serving.
