Tuna and feta salad

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can tuna, in oil
  • 125 g feta cheese
  • ¼ cucumber(s)
  • 2 tomatoes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

ideal for barbecues, birthdays and warm summer days

Cut the feta into cubes, not too small, as they will crumble. Dice the cucumber and tomatoes, place them in a bowl, and mix well. Now add the tuna and oil and mix well again. If you like, you can add a little more pepper (be careful with the salt, as feta is very salty). This is a very quick, summery recipe that everyone will enjoy at parties. Tip: If you don’t have tuna with oil, simply add a little olive oil. However, don’t add the “tuna juice” to the salad.
