Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 800 g farfalle or penne
- 1 small can of corn
- 1 small can of peas
- 400 g cooked ham, sliced
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 jar mayonnaise
- 7 tbsp vinegar
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp mustard, medium
- salt and pepper
- herbs, to taste

with mayonnaise
Cook the pasta until al dente, then rinse and let cool. Dice the bell peppers and ham. Drain the corn and peas, reserving the juice. Combine the pasta, bell peppers, ham, corn, and peas in a large enough bowl and mix together. Combine the remaining ingredients (season with vinegar and sugar to taste) and the reserved canned juice in a small bowl. Pour the dressing over the pasta and mix thoroughly—this is best done with (clean) hands. Let stand for a few hours, preferably overnight.
