Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • n. B. Oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with sunflower seeds

Roast the sunflower seeds in a pan without oil and let them cool. Roughly chop the chives and parsley, blend them with the sunflower seeds, grated Parmesan cheese, and oil, and season with salt and pepper. Serve with pasta.
