Pasta Salad, More Spicy
The perfect pasta salad, more spicy recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the marinade
- 1 Red pepper
- 3 Spring onions
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 small Green cucumber
- 1 cups Mozzarella minis
- 1 Handful Olives green or black
- 0,5 bunch Parsley
- 3 tbsp Vinegar all-rounder (is ideal for preparing marinades)
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Liquid honey
- 2 Small cloves of garlic pressed
- Sea-Salt
- Plenty of freshly ground pepper
- 6 tbsp Olive oil, of course good
- Boil the fusilli firm to the bite and allow to cool
- Chop the bell pepper, cucumber, olives and onions, add to the pasta and mix in
- Chop the tomatoes and mozzarella and mix in as well
- Mix vinegar, mustard and honey thoroughly and season to taste, then slowly add the olive oil and stir in and season again, finally season with salt and pepper and stir in the pressed garlic cloves or add directly to the salad
- Add the marinade to the salad and fold in
- Chop parsley and sprinkle or fold in over the salad
