Pasta Salad Tri Colore

The perfect pasta salad tri colore recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Rigatoni
  • 250 g Cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 piece Buffalo mozzarella
  • 1 pinch Salt and pepper
  • 2 Toes Pressed garlic
  • 5 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 leaves Fresh basil

Preparation….

  1. Boil the rigatoni according to the package instructions and quench with cold water. Add the olive oil, a little more, with pepper and salt from the mill and then add the freshly squeezed garlic to taste. Now let the whole thing go through nicely with the lid closed, no less than an hour.

After the salad is pulled through …..

  1. Now add the fresh halved cocktail tomatoes and the fresh Morzarella and the finely chopped basil. Bon appetit, tastes great for grilling in summer and you don’t have to be afraid of the sun because of some mayonnaise. Simply delicious and light …….. 😉
