Pasta salad with apple

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (small croissant pasta)
  • 200 g ham
  • 1 small can of peas
  • 2 gherkins
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 5 tbsp Miracle Whip
  • some vinegar
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • 1 apple, crisp
  • 100 g cheese (Edam or Gouda)

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions, rinse, and transfer to a bowl to cool. Drain the peas. Dice all ingredients and mix with the pasta. Add the apple and cheese at the end. Mix everything with the mayonnaise. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and vinegar. Let it marinate well and serve.
