Pasta Salad with Fresh Vegetables

The perfect pasta salad with fresh vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Pasta
  • 2 St Zucchini fresh
  • 4 St Fresh tomatoes
  • 1 St Shallot
  • 4 St Carrots
  • 3 El Balsamic white
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, oregano, dill
  • Fresh basil and chives
  1. Boil noodles (here Easter noodles) and drain.
  1. Wash the zucchini, slice and blanch. Peel shallots and cut into fine cubes. Wash tomatoes, cut into cubes. Peel and finely slice the carrots.
  1. Put the vegetables with the noodles in a bowl, add the oil and vinegar. Cut the chives and basil, add to the bowl with the spices. Taste good appetite! PS: also works with other pasta;)
